Requirements
- 5+ years of apartment industry experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills across all platforms
- Solid understanding of Fair Housing
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Some weekend availability
Nice To Haves
- CAM, CAPS, or HCCP designation is a plus
