About The Position
Housing Visions is looking for great people to join our team! This Property Manager position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am at our Binghamton office located at 200 Court St. Pay range is $24-$26/hr. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience
- Strong customer service background; experience resolving tenant or client concerns
- Banking, finance, or cash handling experience highly valued
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and local regulations a plus
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience with audits, inspections, or compliance is a plus

Responsibilities
- Market and lease residential units
- Collect rents and manage delinquencies
- Meet the needs of tenants and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
- Manage cash flow and property budgets
- Oversee lease renewals and income verifications
- Handle evictions, audits, and inspections
- Perform other property management duties as assigned
