About The Position

Temp Pinnacle Staffing Group is partnering with a leading apartment community owner in Phoenix, AZ, to find an Entry-Level Property Manager . This temporary position is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing apartment operations, leasing activities, and tenant relations. You will help ensure compliance with housing regulations, coordinate maintenance, and build positive relationships with residents and vendors. Bilingual candidates are a plus. This opportunity has potential to turn into a long-term opportunity. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $25.00/hr. Experience Required: 1–2 years Job Type: Temporary / Full-Time

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in property management, customer service, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of leasing and property operations is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the apartment community, including leasing and resident support.
  • Support rent collection and lease administration under supervision.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors or contractors.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support the Property Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
