CCI is a not-for-profit development and management company that assists low- and moderate-income families and seniors to secure suitable housing across Upstate New York. The Property Manager coordinates the daily operations with staff and residents including work orders and re-certifications; works with the supervisor and staff to assess and address the facility’s needs; and coordinates the maintenance of the property with the maintenance staff. The Property Manager must demonstrate experience in effective property management for affordable programs. The Property Manager is responsible for the property’s overall performance, including financial results, legal and compliance adherence, and resident satisfaction.
