Requirements

  • Experience in residential property management (affordable housing preferred)
  • Section 42/LIHTC knowledge strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to perform property inspections
  • Experience with property management software
  • Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day operations for a Section 42/LIHTC community
  • Supervise and develop on‑site staff
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, invoice coding, and collections
  • Ensure accurate, audit‑ready compliance files and oversee inspections
  • Drive occupancy through marketing, outreach, and resident service
  • Coordinate move‑ins/outs and maintain community standards
  • Partner with maintenance on unit turns, work orders, and safety procedures
