About The Position

Arbors Management Inc. is hiring a Property Manager to oversee a Project-Based Section 8 family community in Franklin, PA. You’ll lead daily operations, ensure HUD compliance, maintain strong occupancy and financial performance, and create a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Capable of completing daily tasks using technology (computers, mobile devices, etc.)
• Ability to walk property daily to identify any issues with the buildings and property in general
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Affordable housing experience preferred (HUD/Section 8)
• Knowledge of fair housing & compliance
• Strong leadership, communication & organization
• Comfortable with property management software
• Financial & budgeting experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain 95%+ occupancy & =5% delinquency
• Ensure HUD & Project-Based Section 8 compliance
• Manage applications, recertifications & waitlists
• Oversee maintenance & property standards
• Manage annual budget & financial performance
• Build positive relationships with residents & partners
