About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations at two stabilized multi-family communities in Charlotte, NC. This leadership role is responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring smooth property operations, and fostering strong resident and team relationships. The Property Manager will work closely with senior leadership while managing a high-performing on-site team to achieve leasing, retention, and operational goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of multi-family property management experience, preferably with stabilized assets.
  • Proven track record managing budgets, driving NOI, and achieving occupancy goals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and resident services
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and company policies
  • Develop and monitor property budgets
  • Maximize revenue through leasing strategies and rent collection
  • Review financial performance with leadership
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Address escalated resident concerns
  • Lead retention initiatives
  • Recruit, train, and lead on-site staff
  • Provide coaching, set performance expectations, and support professional growth
  • Collaborate with leasing teams on marketing initiatives
