About The Position

Join our team as a Property Manager for an exciting opportunity in a vibrant community (dual site)! This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic team while managing the daily operations of a well-established property. The Property Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of property management including marketing, resident relations, and financial performance. You will ensure that the property meets its operational and budgetary goals and delivers exceptional service to residents.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Previous experience in property management, ideally in a multi-family setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of property management software and reporting tools : Onesite or Yardi
Ability to analyze market data and develop effective strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the property.
Lead a team of staff members, providing coaching and guidance to ensure optimum performance.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
Handle leasing activities, including lease renewals and resident communication.
Oversee financial operations, including budget preparation and expense management.
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards.
Address resident concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure the property is well-maintained and any service requests are handled efficiently.
Stay informed about local market trends to adjust strategies as necessary.
