Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one (1) year of property management experience required
Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience required
Six (6) months of prior customer service experience required
Strong marketing, supervisory, and organizational skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and property management software, including Yardi
Knowledge of landlord/tenant law and Fair Housing compliance required
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of Riverplace Apartment Homes including appearance, maintenance coordination, marketing, leasing oversight, and profitability
Supervise a staff of 5 employees, providing leadership, training, scheduling, and performance support
Ensure accurate and timely processing of rental payments, deposits, and delinquency follow-up
Audit employee timecards, ensure payroll accuracy, and submit reports by deadlines
Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, Landlord/Tenant laws, and company policies
Build strong resident relations through community events, timely responses, and proactive engagement
Oversee property inspections, resident work orders, vendor communication, and emergency response
Partner with the Regional Manager to manage budgets, expenses, and reporting
Use Yardi for property management tasks including leasing, resident files, and reporting
