Requirements

  • 2+ years of LIHTC/tax credit Property Manager experience (required)
  • Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance (HUD, LIHTC)
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Experience with budgets, reporting, and occupancy goals
  • Proficiency in property management software + Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Prior multisite experience strongly preferred
