BGSF is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a 44-unit senior apartment community in New Prague. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone with strong knowledge of HUD and Project-Based Section 8 programs. Requirements

• Property management experience required
• Project-Based Section 8/HUD experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage compliance

Nice To Haves

• Experience with property management software (Yardi, Onesite a plus)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a senior housing community
• Ensure compliance with HUD and Project-Based Section 8 regulations
• Manage leasing, rent collection, and resident relations
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor services
• Maintain accurate records and reporting
