Requirements

Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

Tenant & Owner Communication: Communicate professionally with tenants to address issues and provide timely updates
Coordinate with property owners to answer inquiries and arrange maintenance visits
Administrative Support: Assist with basic billing calculations (e.g., utilities)
Handle simple email cases and office errands
Leasing & Marketing Support (JanuaryâJuly Peak Season): Create marketing posts for ILS channels
Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities as needed
