Pleasant Valley Apartments, an 83 unit HUD Section 8 family property, is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations, compliance, and resident services.
Requirements
- Property management experience required
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
Nice To Haves
- HUD/Section 8 experience preferred
- Experience with property management software (OneSite a plus)
Responsibilities
- Manage property operations and staff
- Ensure HUD/Section 8 compliance
- Process certifications/recertifications and manage waitlist
- Oversee rent collection, delinquency, and reporting
- Coordinate with maintenance and address resident concerns
