This position is primarily responsible for managing and coordinating persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish property/properties objectives as set forth by the Regional Supervisor and property Owner. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and ensuring compliance. This position is also responsible for training the Property Manager and the Assistant Managers, and to assume all duties in the event of the Property Manager’s absence (if applicable) by performing the following duties. For Illinois office-based employees: Must have an IL Real Estate Leasing Agent License for this position. If you don’t have this license prior to joining the company, you must obtain this license within 90 days from your 1st day worked. This is a requirement for employees conducting leasing activities in Illinois
