About The Position
The position requires a high school education or equivalent, with a college degree suggested but not mandatory. The candidate must be fluent in English, possess intermediate mathematical skills, and be proficient in on-site resident management software. A minimum of two years of experience in residential property management or a related field is required. The role demands excellent management and motivational skills, effective communication with residents, prospects, and vendors, and a strong customer service orientation. The position may require working any day of the week and being on-call as necessary.
