About the position

This Property Manager role is responsible for implementing the decisions of the Board of Directors in running the day-to-day operations of 3-4 Home Owner Associations. We're looking for candidates with strong project management skills and the ability to work through sophisticated issues with multiple partners. Candidate must be energized by working in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment. The Property Manager reports directly to the General Manager, Arrowhead Property Management and is responsible for the management of 3-4 HOA's.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners and the Board of Directors
  • Maintain frequent and detailed communication with HOA Boards in respect to project updates, monthly property inspections, financials and any and all pertinent information
  • Prepare and supervise annual budgets and monthly financials - Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Aging and Variance reports
  • Coordinate and run Quarterly and Annual Meetings in adherence to CCIOA, Governing Documents, Management Agreement and Roberts Rules of Order
  • Maintain and repair Association property to standards set by each Board
  • Solicit competitive bids, evaluate bids and present to the Board for selection on all major repairs and capital projects
  • Preparation, presentation and execution of the Capital Reserve Schedule in correlation with the Reserve Study to protect and improve the value of the Association.
  • Direct the administration of HOA Rules and Regulations, Policies and Procedures
  • Prepare a periodic newsletter and manager report to be sent to all homeowners electronically
  • Develop and implement new programs to ensure the highest quality of service to all homeowners and guests
  • Assist other managers in the Arrowhead office with other tasks as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Position is Vail Resorts bonus eligible

Requirements

  • College degree required
  • CMCA preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral required
  • Vail US driver's license required
  • Able to lift 50 pounds required
  • Resume required
  • In-person interview required

Nice-to-haves
