About The Position
The Project Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, etc.) for commercial real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout. Works in collaboration with the assigned property manager, building maintenance team, clients, owners and others. It is also the responsibility of the Project Manager not only to exhibit legendary customer service when communicating with tenants, prospective tenants, owners, and vendors but also to focus on productivity and results.
