About The Position
The Property Manager at Align Properties LLC is responsible for maintaining maximum occupancy of the property, managing expenses within the operating budget, ensuring resident satisfaction, and overseeing maintenance issues. This role requires adherence to Fair Housing regulations and property funding regulations, as well as effective communication with residents and vendors.
