About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multifamily properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, specifically in the Philadelphia area. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual knowledgeable about real estate administrative procedures, property leasing, and tenant relations. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of our properties with an ownership mindset, while also fostering a positive and welcoming environment for our residents. The Property Manager will manage the daily operations of our multifamily properties, which includes overseeing maintenance, repairs, groundskeeping, and tenant communication. This position involves reviewing and negotiating lease agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and local laws. The Property Manager will also coordinate and perform property inspections to identify any needed repairs or maintenance, conduct resident interviews and tours, and provide information about the property and its amenities. In addition, the Property Manager will process and maintain accurate records, including financial reports, maintenance requests, and lease agreements, while maintaining constant communication and reporting to the regional manager and ownership as required. Negotiating with vendors and contractors to ensure the best possible rates for services and repairs is also a key responsibility. The Property Manager will assist with the development and implementation of property improvement plans, including budgeting and tracking progress, and will manage and maintain the property's landscaping and exterior appearance. Ensuring that all properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards is crucial. The Property Manager will develop and maintain relationships with residents, ensuring they have a positive experience living at our properties, and will upsell and promote additional amenities and services to residents. Administrative support to the property management team, including data entry and filing documents, will also be part of the role.
