About The Position

HomeRiver Group is looking for a full-time property manager in the Lake Havasu City, Arizona area. The objective of this position is to maintain and manage property owner investments. The applicant should be comfortable managing on-site, be comfortable on the phone, have a strong work ethic, focused, have a friendly/welcoming personality, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Experience using property management software
• Advanced experience using MS Office applications
• The candidate should be computer savvy and quickly adapts to new computer systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years Property Manager experience
• Must have a valid current Arizona Real Estate License
• Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Handle property management functions for Residential (single-family/multi-family) properties
• Manage tenant and owner requests
• Address prospective tenants by answering/screening phone calls and in person inquiries
• Oversee property maintenance team
• Understand basic property maintenance issues related to building, parking lot, and landscaping
• Oversee basic property accounting needs (rent collection, invoicing, etc.)
