About The Position
We are seeking an experienced property management professional with exceptional leadership, business and financial management, planning/problem solving and customer services skills to join our team! The Property Manager is responsible for leading the overall management and maintenance of two of Aeon's apartment communities: The Provinces in Little Canada and Cobblestone Court in Maplewood, MN. The Property Manager ensures that the properties are well-maintained, residents are satisfied, and all aspects of the properties run smoothly. This role involves supervising on-site staff, coordinating maintenance and repair activities, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Property Manager acts as the on-site leader, and ensures the buildings are maintained, clean, and welcoming places for residents and guests. The Property Manager reports directly to the Portfolio Director.
