About The Position
As a Property Manager for a luxury student housing community, you will oversee the operations of the property to ensure exceptional service for residents while meeting financial goals. This role involves leadership responsibilities, promoting a positive work culture, and ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to succeed. You will report directly to the Regional Manager and play a crucial role in the management of a 143-unit apartment community located near The Ohio State University.
