About The Position
Project for Pride in Living, Inc. (PPL) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering low-income individuals to become self-reliant through integrated services. We aim to build hope, assets, and self-reliance for individuals and families with lower incomes by providing transformative, affordable housing and employment readiness services. We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day operations of properties. Responsibilities include marketing and leasing, rent collection, supervision of site staff, budget management, property conditions, and maintaining positive relations with neighbors, funders, regulatory agencies, and customers. The role ensures clean, safe, well-maintained housing for PPL residents.
