Property Managers at Adoor play a critical role in the operational success of their assigned portfolio. Acting as the central point of coordination, they ensure that all functions—from resident relations to internal team workflows—operate seamlessly and efficiently. This role requires proactive oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to identify and resolve issues before they escalate. Property Managers serve as the primary liaison between residents, leadership, and support teams, taking ownership of day-to-day operations and stepping in to drive progress when challenges arise. Work Arrangement: This position follows a hybrid schedule with fixed hours. Team members are required to work onsite at our Atlanta office from Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
