About The Position

The Property Manager at The Lund Company is responsible for overseeing the effective leasing and management of properties in Lincoln, NE. Requirements

  • Management or supervisory experience of 1 to 2 years in a service-oriented industry.
  • Attention to detail and a knack for explaining the features available on property.
  • Technical experience and effective computer skills, with Yardi experience preferred.
  • The ability to multi-task and follow up with potential renters, vendors, and residents.
  • Exceptional communication skills both over the phone and in-person.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge for effective leasing and property management for the best properties in town.
  • Effectively lead, direct and manage the day-to-day functions of one or more properties.
  • Communicate the features and benefits of the property while building rapport and providing great leasing services.
  • Budget and manage leasing sales.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts for the property.
  • Explain and assist with the completion of applications and leasing agreements.
  • Train and develop staff to provide excellent service.
