Nexagen Networks is seeking a skilled Property Manager who is responsible for end-to-end management of government property in compliance with DoD, FAR, and DFARS requirements. Ensures accurate lifecycle tracking of GFE and CAP using DPAS, STARS, GCCS-A, and PIEE in support of Army and DoD programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or 13 years in lieu of a degree
  • Experience with STARS, GCCS-A, and PIEE
  • Government property or inventory management experience
  • Ability to work on-site at Picatinny Arsenal
  • Must have an active DoD Secret clearance

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle accountability of government property
  • Perform property actions in DPAS and maintain baseline inventory in STARS
  • Track asset status, location, and hand receipts to ensure audit readiness
  • Conduct physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies
  • Support shipping, receiving, issuance, and equipment reset for training missions
  • Support contract property processes through PIEE
