Nexagen Networks is seeking a skilled Property Manager who is responsible for end-to-end management of government property in compliance with DoD, FAR, and DFARS requirements. Ensures accurate lifecycle tracking of GFE and CAP using DPAS, STARS, GCCS-A, and PIEE in support of Army and DoD programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or 13 years in lieu of a degree
- Experience with STARS, GCCS-A, and PIEE
- Government property or inventory management experience
- Ability to work on-site at Picatinny Arsenal
- Must have an active DoD Secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle accountability of government property
- Perform property actions in DPAS and maintain baseline inventory in STARS
- Track asset status, location, and hand receipts to ensure audit readiness
- Conduct physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies
- Support shipping, receiving, issuance, and equipment reset for training missions
- Support contract property processes through PIEE
