About The Position

Elderwood Residences at Wheatfield is seeking a Property Manager to oversee our Senior Living Community. The Property Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of our Senior Living community including staffing, daily operations and management, and services for our residents. At least two years of experience in Independent Living operations required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma Required
• Minimum of two years' experience in Independent Living Operations, or comparable experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
• Qualities of leadership, dependability, integrity, and organizational ability necessary.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Demonstrated interest in the field of Independent Living, particularly the needs of the geriatric population necessary.
• Ability to perform tasks to established standards of excellence required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the staffing, operations, daily management of the facility and daily living services for residents in conformance with state and federal laws.
