About The Position
The Property Manager in Training (MIT) program at Village Green is designed to cultivate future leaders in property management. This six-month, full-time, and fully compensated position provides hands-on and classroom training under the mentorship of an experienced Property Manager. The program aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as Property Managers and prepare them for future leadership roles such as Area Director and Vice President.
