About The Position
Village Green's Manager-In-Training Program allows selected college graduates seeking management careers in real estate to join the Company. After six months in a concentrated property management program, managers-in-training generally advance to a property manager position. These associates receive hands-on practical leadership training in Marketing, Financial Analysis, Human Resources, and other core curricula. Managers-in-training experience close mentoring from key Village Green executives and attend various business forums.
