About The Position
WinnCompanies is looking for a Property Manager III to join our team at Church Hill/Fairmount, a 297-unit mixed community located in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements. Please note that the schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with occasional weekends for special events.
