Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial and physical well-being of properties and programs, ensuring resident satisfaction.
  • Interact daily with public housing residents for rent collection, unit inspections, and inquiries.
  • Supervise site staff, including organizing, scheduling, and monitoring work quality.
  • Maintain the financial health of properties, including budget management and cash flow monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with operational metrics and housing assessment indicators.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess safety and maintenance needs.
  • Enforce lease agreements and conduct orientations for new residents.
  • Coordinate with eligibility staff for prompt leasing of ready units and manage admissions processes.
  • Oversee maintenance requests and ensure emergency services are available.
  • Manage annual reexaminations and rent calculations for residents.
