About The Position
WinnCompanies is searching for a Property Manager II to oversee Croton Heights at Park Vista and Park Terrace, two affordable housing communities located in Yonkers, NY with 109 total units. In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements. Please note that the pay range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 annually. Salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Additionally, the selected candidate will adhere to the following work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
