About The Position
WinnCompanies is looking for a Property Manager I to join our team at Palm Terrace Apartments, an 80-unit, multifamily community located in Auburn, CA. Market. Manage. Maintain. These are just a few of the many hats you’ll be wearing in this highly visible role of Property Manager at WinnCompanies! You will oversee all operational aspects of your assigned community of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC). You will be responsible for maintaining your community, supporting its residents, and developing team members all while meeting financial objectives of the owner and the management company. The position is offering a pay range of $24.00 to $25.00 hourly. Salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional on-call hours.
