About The Position
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, administration, financial management, human resources, maintenance, and security functions of a Homeowner Association (HOA) in compliance with Florida Statute 720. This role requires hands-on leadership and involves planning, directing, and implementing policies to ensure the community's services are delivered effectively. The Property Manager must be available 24/7 for emergency situations and is expected to provide exemplary service aligned with Castle Group's values.
