About The Position

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a Homeowner Association (HOA) in accordance with Florida Statute 720. This role involves planning, directing, and implementing policies to maintain community standards and ensure compliance with regulations. The Property Manager works closely with the Board of Directors and is on call 24/7 for emergencies, providing leadership in operational, administrative, financial, and maintenance functions while delivering exceptional customer service.
