The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, administration, financial management, human resources, maintenance, and security functions of a Homeowner Association (HOA) in accordance with Florida Statute 720. This role requires a licensed professional who will work closely with the Board of Directors to implement policies and ensure compliance with community rules. The Property Manager must be available 24/7 for emergency situations and is expected to provide exemplary service while managing the community's assets and resources effectively.
