About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a Property Manager in Columbus, Ohio who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Property Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, signing leases and leading the site staff.

Requirements

• Property management experience
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Tax credit experience
• Budgeting experience
• Leasing experience
• Customer service mindset
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
