About The Position
At Mercy Housing, we are on a mission to redefine affordable, low-income housing and create a more humane world where communities thrive, and all individuals can realize their full potential. As the largest nonprofit affordable housing provider in the nation, we build, preserve, and manage program-enriched housing across the country. The Property Manager will provide leadership to site staff, direction for building operations, customer service, resident relations, property budget management, rent collections, leasing, compliance and guidance on maintenance priorities. We are looking for applicable experience in management and customer service. This position will lead operations at Decatur Place Apartments, a four-story family housing development with ground floor community and commercial space located in Denver's Sun Valley neighborhood. The majority of families that come to Decatur Place are homeless and in dire need of basic living needs such as food, clothing, infant care, furniture, and other household staples. Many residents come without high school diplomas and are unemployed or employed in unstable, minimum-wage positions. We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply.
