About The Position

The Property Manager oversees property operations for an assigned portfolio to support investment plans and operating expenses, aiming to achieve NOI growth and maximize cash flow. This role involves managing tenant relations, vendor oversight, financial operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial property management experience.
• Knowledge of Yardi accounting software.
• Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Effective communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all tenants.
• Direct, manage, and plan tenant relations across the portfolio to ensure the highest tenant satisfaction.
• Direct and monitor all vendors including security, janitorial, and construction providers.
• Correspond with tenants regarding management questions and maintenance issues.
• Work with leasing representatives to assist tenants with move-in and move-out policies.
• Coordinate plan reviews and approvals for construction work with tenants.
• Perform regular inspections of the building and implement compliance with codes and ordinances.
• Review and obtain approval for financial operations including coding bills and overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial statements and operational reports, annual budgets, and property condition reports.
• Manage and track projects including vendor management and contract development.
• Oversee rent collection and manage delinquencies, implementing legal remedies when necessary.
