About The Position
Seldin Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the Bluebird Flats and Copper Flats apartment communities located in Sioux City, IA. This role is crucial as it involves managing a conventional property group consisting of 71 units. The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the property, ensuring that all business activities are conducted efficiently and effectively. This position offers a competitive salary of up to $55,000 annually, which will be determined based on the candidate's experience, certifications, skills, and education. As the Property Manager, you will be tasked with planning, implementing, and monitoring all business operations related to the property. This includes managing tenant relations, overseeing maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with property regulations, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the apartment community. You will also be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring that the property meets its financial goals. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a positive living environment for residents and maintaining high occupancy rates. In addition to operational responsibilities, the Property Manager will also play a key role in marketing the property, conducting property tours, and managing lease agreements. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle various challenges that may arise in property management. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management or a related field, along with a passion for providing excellent service to residents.
