Responsibilities but not limited to: Negotiating lease terms and conditions with tenants and overseeing the execution of lease agreements Analyzing current and emerging market trends to derive actionable business insights Investigating and resolving tenant complaints, ensuring compliance with occupancy regulations, and conducting vacancy inspections Reviewing and verifying renovation plans and schedules Taking appropriate actions against violators of occupancy rules and enforcing company policies Collaborating with local/state government agencies, commercial real estate firms, brokers, and marketing agencies to improve tenant business performance and identify new real estate opportunities
