About The Position

We provide comprehensive, client-focused management solutions that enhance asset value and tenant satisfaction across Southern California and beyond. Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Accountant with strong commercial property management experience to join our accounting team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing full-cycle accounting for our managed portfolio—including financial reporting, lease interpretation, CAM reconciliations, and cash management. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
