About The Position

The Regional Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Property Management Department by managing a variety of clerical tasks and ensuring smooth workflow. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a customer service mindset, responsible for assisting multiple Property Managers and handling confidential correspondence.

Requirements

  • High School diploma.
  • Minimum 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience.
  • Experience in business/office administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience with Yardi is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in commercial real estate is a plus.
  • 1 year of Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general correspondence for the Property Management Department.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and updates.
  • Respond promptly and positively to requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist in the accounting process, including completing property management/accounting forms and compiling accounts receivable reports.
  • Perform speedy and accurate data entry.
  • Direct front desk office administrative assistant and act as front desk backup, including greeting the public and answering telephones.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
