About The Position
The Leasing Manager-PM at DHI Communities is responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing and marketing at the property. This role involves working closely with the Regional Manager and marketing teams to meet leasing goals, create strategic marketing plans, and ensure positive resident relations. The Leasing Manager leads the leasing process, manages the application process, and maintains community appearance while ensuring compliance with regulations.
