Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of property operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Utilize property management software such as Yardi and OneSite for efficient tracking of tenant information, maintenance requests, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including upselling available units and promoting community features.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring timely completion of work orders.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, including lease agreements, tenant communications, and financial documents.
  • Foster a positive office environment by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills in all interactions.
