Participation in the program is intended to provide a well-rounded knowledge of the business and valuable skills, earned by working alongside versatile professionals in the largest and most successful global Commercial Real Estate services firm. As a program participant, you will also partake in learning and development activities crafted especially for you.
Responsibilities
- Hands on Property Management experience at CBRE office, retail or industrial managed properties that could include tenant relations, client reporting and budgeting, property inspections, lease abstraction, compliance reviews, tenant/vendor meetings, leasing team meetings and tenant events.
- Participate in opportunities to interface and learn from local, regional and national leadership.
- Tour office, retail, and industrial properties in the market.
- Shadow typical Property Management positions in the market
- Attend local events which could include: Employee Business Resource Group events, Team meetings of varying product types or job functions, CBRE Cares events
