Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate-level degree in related field conferred by June 2027.
  • Ability to commit to 40 hours/week for the duration of the 10-week summer internship: June 2, 2025, through August 8, 2025.
  • No sponsorship for work visas is available for this program.

Responsibilities

  • Work on-site on NRP properties to learn about Leasing and Maintenance operations.
  • Work in-office with the Operations team to gain exposure to compliance and support the on-site teams.
  • Collaborate with various leaders of the Property Management team.
  • Engage in special projects that involve in-depth analysis of properties.
  • Participate in Lunch & Learn sessions with various departments.
  • Attend structured professional development sessions throughout the program.
  • Connect with other NRP team members through organized activities.
  • Gain exposure to senior leadership during the internship.
  • Volunteer and give back to the community.
