About The Position

The Property Management Internship supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. This internship is expected to last 7 months and is structured in three phases: Orientation, Execution, and Move Team responsibilities. During the Orientation phase, the intern will undergo company and facility orientation, meet team members, and clarify roles and responsibilities. The Execution phase involves weekly meetings, training for Property Management, and on-the-job training. The final phase focuses on concluding outstanding tasks and providing a transition plan for any incomplete tasks, including training in work orders, incident management, and forklift certification.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma (or GED) and 1 year of general experience, or an Associate's degree with 0 years of general experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in company and facility orientation.
• Overview of Contract and Task Order(s).
• Meet team members and clarify roles and responsibilities.
• Define company, contract, task order(s), delivery team culture and set employee expectations.
• Acquire Badges, CAC, etc.
• Complete necessary training for Property Management.
• Submit for user and privileged accounts for ULAN and Remedy Applications.
• Begin on-the-job training and team training.
• Complete safety training and accountability training.
• Conclude outstanding tasks and provide transition plans for any incomplete tasks.
