About The Position
The Property Management Internship supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will go through three phases during the internship: Orientation, Execution, and Move Team responsibilities. In the Orientation phase, the intern will receive company and facility orientation, an overview of the contract and task orders, and meet team members to clarify roles and responsibilities. The Execution phase involves weekly meetings, training for Property Management, and on-the-job training. The Move Team responsibilities phase will conclude outstanding tasks and provide training in work orders, incident management, and forklift certification. The goal is to equip the intern with the necessary skills to transition into a Property Management Team member.
