About The Position

At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office space to the biggest names in tech and media. Through our paid NextGen Internship Program, we are seeking a Property Management Intern to join our team for 10 weeks and gain valuable real-world experience by working in-person at Hudson Pacific Properties' Pacific Northwest regional office in Seattle. As an integral member of the Property Management team, you will contribute to day-to-day operations, assist with special projects, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to gain exposure to the inner workings of the company. Requirements

  • Applicants must have recently completed (within the last 2 years) or be currently enrolled in an applicable college-level or trade school program.
  • Applicants must submit a resume and cover letter.

Nice To Haves

  • Major/minor in Real Estate or related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of commercial real estate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Support and work closely with the 3 local Property Management teams on day-to-day operations and assist with ongoing departmental projects to gain meaningful insight into how tenant relations directly impacts building operations in Class-A properties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like leasing, construction, and engineering on general leasing of vacant space and rollover, tenant improvement projects and gain exposure to the inner workings of our buildings.
  • Conduct research, organize data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance department goals.
  • Complete a final Summer Showcase presentation outlining what you've learned and worked on during your internship and present to fellow interns and team members.
